OK, how do I do it?
In the very unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, or you have any concerns or complaints, please contact us at email@example.com directly. We'll move mountains to make things right.
For all returns, please follow the instructions below:
- Visit our Returns Portal
- Enter your order number and zip/postcode or email address. Note: Your order number can be found in your Youswim order confirmation email and is two letters followed four digits, e.g. GB12345.
- Select Return, select the item(s) you wish to return, and the appropriate reason
- Select your return shipping label and purchase via credit card
- Attach your label to your return package and post your item (instructions included)
You may revisit the Returns Portal at any time to check the status of your return.
