We thoroughly check all swimsuits for quality before they leave our hands, and we’re pretty confident in the stretchy comfort of our pieces. We welcome you to try on our swimsuits in your own home and return it within 21 days of purchase if it doesn't meet your expectations.


  • You may request to return your suit for a refund within 21 days of the purchase date
  • We do not offer exchanges, but you are welcome to return your order for a full refund and place a separate order if you wish to exchange
  • Returns must be sent to us in 100% original condition to be approved. That means unworn other than to try on, unwashed, with all tags/packaging, hygiene sticker intact, and two-pieces as a complete set
  • Since we provide free international express shipping, and due to the complexity of international returns, it's unsustainable for us also to offer return shipping at no cost. Shipping labels must be purchased via our Returns Portal at the discounted express tracked shipping rates we're pleased to offer below (payable only via credit card):

OK, how do I do it?

In the very unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, or you have any concerns or complaints, please contact us at directly. We'll move mountains to make things right.

For all returns, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Visit our Returns Portal
  2. Enter your order number and zip/postcode or email address. Note: Your order number can be found in your Youswim order confirmation email and is two letters followed four digits, e.g. GB12345.
  3. Select Return, select the item(s) you wish to return, and the appropriate reason
  4. Select your return shipping label and purchase via credit card
  5. Attach your label to your return package and post your item (instructions included)

You may revisit the Returns Portal at any time to check the status of your return.

    1. Creating your return label will require a printer
    2. You may request to return your item for a full refund within 21 days of the purchase date
    3. For purchases with a 25% or more discount, you may only return your item for a full store credit
    4. For purchases with a 50% or more discount, all sales are final and we cannot offer a refund
    5. All returned items must be returned in completely original condition - unworn other than to try on, unaltered, unwashed, and with all original packaging attached including tags, inserts, and hygiene stickers, and two-pieces as a complete set
    6. Returns will not be accepted for items which do not include all original packaging or which appear to be worn, washed, previously wet, or where the hygiene sticker has been removed
    7. Refunds can take up to 5 business days to process from the day they land on our desk. We will refund the value of your item using your original form of payment only. You will be notified via email when the refund has been processed, but please note that your bank or payment method may require additional time to process the transaction and credit your account (up to 20 days for Paypal eCheck).
    8. We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet the return policy requirements. If this occurs, you will be liable for shipping the item back to you
    9. We will deny any refunds if the item returned doesn’t meet our policy requirements, or we believe to be disingenuous, and you will be liable for the cost of shipping the item back to you
