How to return

We thoroughly check all swimsuits for quality before they leave our hands, and we’re proud of the craft and comfort of our pieces.

We’re human, and sometimes faults slip through our fingers. In those rare cases, reach out to us at returns@youswim.com and we’ll move mountains to make things right.

For all returns, please follow the instructions below.

1. Visit our Returns Portal.
2. Enter your order number and zip/postcode or email address. Note: Your order number can be found in your Youswim order confirmation email and is two letters followed by four digits, e.g. GB12345.
3. Select Return, select the item(s) you wish to return, and the appropriate reason.
4. Select your return shipping label and purchase via credit card.
5. Attach your label to your package and post your item (instructions included).

Important notes

• We are unable to offer exchanges at this time.
• Returns must be sent to us in original condition, unworn other than to try on, with tags and hygiene sticker intact.
• Shipping labels must be purchased via our Returns Portal at the discounted express-tracked shipping rates we offer below.
