Our swimsuits are thoroughly checked for quality before leaving our hands, and we’re pretty confident in the stretchy comfort of our pieces. We welcome you to try on our swimsuits in your own home and return or exchange it within 21 days of purchase if it doesn't meet your expectations.
- You may request to return your suit for a refund or exchange within 21 days of the purchase date
- Returns and exchanges must be returned to us in 100% original condition to be approved - that means unworn other than to try on, unwashed, with all tags/packaging, and hygiene sticker intact
- Since we cover the cost of international shipping, and due to the complexity of international returns, it's not possible for us to offer return shipping at no cost. Shipping labels for all returns and exchanges must be purchased via our Returns Portal at the discounted tracked shipping rates we're pleased to offer below:

OK, how do I do it?
In the very unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, or you have any concerns or complaints, please contact us at email@example.com directly and we'll move mountains to make things right.
For all other returns and exchanges, please follow the instructions below:
- Open our Returns Portal
- Enter your order number and zip/postcode or email address. Note: Your order number can be found in your Youswim order confirmation email and is two letters followed four digits e.g. GB1234.
- Select Return or Exchange, select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason
- Select and pay for your return shipping label
- Attach your label to your return package and post your item (instructions included)
You may revisit the Returns Portal at any time to check the status of your return.

The Finer Details
- You may request to return your item for a full refund or exchange within 21 days of the purchase date
- For purchases with a 25% or more discount, you may only return your item for an exchange or full store credit
- For purchases with a 50% or more discount, all sales are final and we cannot offer a refund or exchange
- All returned or exchanged items must be returned in completely original condition - unworn other than to try on, unaltered, unwashed, and with all original packaging attached including tags, inserts, and hygiene stickers
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items which do not include all original packaging or which appear to be worn, washed, previously wet, or where the hygiene sticker has been removed
- Exchanges will be offered based on stock availability and shipped for free for the first exchange only
- Refunds can take up to 5 business days to process from the day they land on our desk. We will refund the value of your item using your original form of payment only, but any original shipping charges (if you upgraded to a faster, paid option) are not refundable unless the return is due to a fault. You will be notified via email when the refund has been processed, but please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process the transaction and credit your account
- We hold the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet the return policy requirements. If this occurs, you will be liable for shipping the item back to you
- We will deny any refunds or exchanges if the item returned doesn’t meet our policy requirements or we believe to be disingenuous, and you will be liable for the cost of shipping the item back to you
